Just to the south of Bulbourne is the Wendover Arm. This junction leads to a 6.7 mile canal that goes from the Grand Union to Wendover. The Arm was completed in 1797 but became un-navigable in 1897 until re-constructed by the Wendover Arm Trust and fully opened in 2005.
